Shipping is free within the continental United States.

Please request a quote for international shipping. 

All orders are shipped within 3 business days from the time the payment and shipping information is received. 

Returns & Exchanges

At Rugged & Co. we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you change your mind about your rug, domestic returns can be made up to 14 days after date of purchase for in-store credit or exchange. Please send an email to hello@shopruggedco.com for return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. 

Purchased item must be in the same condition as it was upon receiving. 

In-store credit does not expire.
