Earthy old world charm meets boho. Thea is an antique Kazak and I chose her for her aged appearance and rust & navy colors, plus the flowers…I’m a sucker for a rug with flowers. Kazak rugs were woven in the south of Caucasus and are known for being hand-knotted for the very best quality. The wear seen on Thea actually leads to her desirability and originality. Even today, manufactures of new Kazak rugs will go through a lengthy process of reproduce the aged appearance of the original works.
